DELIVERY POLICY
Orders placed between our business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) are shipped out within three (3) business days. Orders will be delivered anywhere in North America within ten (10) business days following the date of shipment. The Venowave™ VW5 ships worldwide with delivery time dependent on the location.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
SLST does not accept returns as the Venowave™ VW5 cannot be resold due to sanitation precautions. For this reason, all sales are final. If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with your device) for further assistance. The Venowave™ VW5 is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship within 90 days of purchase by the customer. If the Venowave™ VW5 is found to have a material or workmanship problem upon receiving the device, SLST will send out a replacement.
PAYMENT POLICY
All fees are charged in US Dollars aside from Canadian orders that are charged in Canadian dollars. Canadians will be charged taxes based on their provincial tax rules.
